Trail Rides

Amir was taken on the trails with an experienced rider. During the ride, one of the horses started acting out so that beginner rider was put on Amir. Amir knew he had an inexperienced rider and responded like a champion. He took such good care of his rider during many obstacles and distractions from the other horses.

vet visit

Amir had been suffering from a cough for a couple of weeks. The cough was worst when eating. Amir was taken to Dixie Equine to be scoped. He did show a very small spot of strangles but the epiglottic flap was the ultimate reason for the cough. We moved him to a temporary foster to keep quarantined from the rest of the horses.
