Dallas's details changed.

Special needs has been changed from Dallas suffers from chronic abscesses. He was x-ray by the vet and she stated due his poor diet and neglect, he would need to grow his entire hoof out before he could possibly be abscess free. He has made great strives in the 6-8 months.
