Ground work

Round pen with side reins, did well. She spooks at everything and has a melt down anytime you try to do anything with her for the first time.

Catch in Pasture

Rose and Faith needed to be turned out with a new surrender prior to it being introduced to their herd, as they are the herd leaders. I had caught Rose first because she is the one who definitely needed to be exposed to the new horse, but also because when I went out, Faith was the one pressuring Rose into moving away from me. After Rose had been caught and put into the different turnout, I returned for Faith. Faith was in the barn already, having followed after Rose. I approached her, but she started to move away from me again. I backed off, and went around towards the exit door so she wouldn\\\'t run out of the barn. I attempted again and she started to run around me, but another horse coming in blocked her. I closed the exit door to prevent her from trying to leave again. Once the door was closed, she stood by the door and waited for me to approach and did not try to run away again. Stood well to be haltered and led out to the turnout well.
