Catching.

Horse Image

Today was day 2 using catching techniques with Fortune, a 7 month old filly. Prior to starting this, she would allow you to pet her on her terms. Sometimes she would approach with ears pinned or run past you while kicking out towards you. Today she started to give two eyes and faced up several times. Towards the end, she was also showing a lot of interest in the halter and lead rope where in the past she would run off when she realized a rope was involved. Very big change from yesterdays session.
