Groundwork to warm up; rolling hq and walk and trot transistions. Once warm I saddled Helen for the first time and moved her both directions in a walk and a trot.

Caroline came out to watch Helen get worked and we worked rolling HQ then worked on the cavesson then moved back to the halter to work on putting the rope around her girth section prepping for the saddle.

We worked on balancing and finding a relaxed rhythm in the trot. We then moved into saddling and working on that

Worked at the walk and then trot transitions. Worked at the walk in a Cavesson. worked saddling her and introducing the saddle.

Groundwork and then introduced the saddle.

Worked Helen again at the walk. Making her reading changes in body energy. As well and learn to respond to a feel.

Worked with Helen to get comfortable slowing down and going through drill at a walk. Teaching relaxation and awareness of humans.

Changing tactics with Helen. Working on her foot work and relaxation to keep her focused while she learns boundaries and a feel.

Hellen has been being worked on the cavesson to help her with balance and relaxation.
