Intake History

Peppy was surrendered to the One Day Open Door Shelter in 2017. They were unable to get her to the event so she was fostered nearby. She came to Twelve Oaks in 2018 and was put in the sanctuary soon after. She was vaccinated Nov. 3 2018.
